What is Chain Hoist?

Electric chain hoists provide safe movement of loads with the help of manual or electric trolley and hook working on metal beams. Gearbox

Chain

It must pass through heat treatment application and galvanization and can be used safely in rain, sea water, chemical environment corrosion. Load Sprocket

It has a heat treated structure with five pockets. It ensures the transfer of the force transmitted from the motor via the shaft, and ensures that the load is lifted safely.

Chain Guide (Locator/Remover)

The chain guide is used to insert and remove chain links both inside and outside the pockets, during raw lifting and lowering.

Load Hook Block

Spring load hooks with safety latch are manufactured in cast from high-strength steel and provide the connection and transport of chains and loads on the carrier bearing by means of large-section steel pins. Hook blocks are made of cast aluminum, which provides chain protection with its pocketed structure.

Chain Stop

The chain stop switch is a cast steel product that provides the movement of the lifting unit with the help of shock absorber parts for the chains.

Chain Box

They can be produced from plastic, nylon and steel. The size of the chain varies according to the amount of chain used on the chain hoist, that is, the lifting height and the structure of the transport chain. It is the part that collects the descending parts of the chains.

Overload Limit Switch Device

It is a device that activates when the standard load of Electric Chain Hoists exceeds 20%, ensuring the safety of the load and the environment.

Balancer (Single Chain Lifting Cranes)

The stabilizer is connected to the clutch device and ensures the stability of the lifting unit. It absorbs the heat generated during the gripping movement.

Chain Hoist Brake

It is provided by the brake shoe and its structure, which can be mounted in 3 different sizes, which are protected by a fan system in order to prevent overheating in case of intense operation. The surface slopes of these products, which perform even in the most demanding conditions, and the magnetic field ranges of the pads need to be adjusted correctly.

Distance Limit Switch Device

Distance limit switches, which are found in all electric chains as standard equipment, regardless of the number of chain hardware, are micro switch circuits that ensure the safety of the chain and the load by preventing the chain from being jammed or forced during the up and down movements of the loads.

Suspension

It is an eyebolt mechanism used for lifting sensitive loads. Special production is available by adapting the lifting units to the connection parts.

Electrical Controls

If the lifting unit is supplied with electric control, alternatively its movements can be activated in the following ways:

Low voltage controls include transformer for low voltage power supply of control circuits, general line contactor, contactor for control of hoists and electric carrier motors, transformer protection fuses and terminal blocks for connection of auxiliary circuits and power circuits. The components are housed in a sealed box made of shockproof thermoplastic material with IP 55 protection. The equipment is mounted on the engine side of the hoist.

IP 55 protections are inside the body of impact resistant aluminum material made of thermo plastic; It is located in the engine part of the lifting unit. Low voltage control is possible with the correct operation of Transformer, Contactors, fuses, auxiliary circuits and terminal blocks in an organized manner.

Direct control can only be used for electric chain hoist control for vertical movement control. As in the other option, it is housed in a PI 55 Protected body built in a self-standing, shock and liquid resistant thermoplastic box.

Wired controls are manufactured to be resistant to breaking from the panel. It provides control and command according to the movement of the electric chains.

Carriage

They are the mechanisms that provide the horizontal movement of the loads lifted by the cranes. It is possible to use 3 different types, the first is the manual pull chain trolley, the second segment is the controlled trolley, the “user controlled trolley”. On the subplanning of the beam, the flank is drawn by tightening the bolts for the foundation flank approach.
